We are currently recruiting for a powerful broking group that has a deserved reputation for offering a first-class service and provides a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career. They now have an opening to join them on their new business team, handling cross class commercial insurance risks, and offer a good basic salary package, with the ability to earn bonuses as well as offering an impressive benefits package.

This team specialise in providing bespoke insurance solutions to a wide range of commercial insurance customers, with one handling existing customers, and the new business team focusing on developing new customer relationships. You will be dealing with cover for commercial clients within the charity sector handling risks for Property, Employers Liability, Public Liability, PI, and business interruption.

This role will form part of a two person Charity New Business team (working with an experienced new business exec)

To be considered for this role, you will need at least at least 1 years insurance experience preferably within commercial but they are also happy to consider those with personal lines experience if you would like to step up into a commercial lines role. You will also need to have a pro-active attitude and be hungry to make sales.

You will be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious.

You will be rewarded with a starting basic salary of £25k, dependant on experience, plus bonuses (circa £6k per annum, paid monthly) They offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes 26 days holiday plus bank holiday, 5% employer contributory pension, Life Assurance, Income protection. Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am 5:30pm, with Mondays and Friday working from home.
