CRM Manager (Salesforce):

A Cambridge based pharmaceutical company, tackling the fight against rare diseases are seeking a CRM Manager to assess inefficiencies and improve their patient support. Privately owned, they've spent the last 10+ years providing life-saving treatment in a personalised manner, to individuals with life-long, rare genetic diseases.

Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, as the CRM Manager, you'll be tasked with swiftly understanding the business and their existing systems, suggesting improvements. Longer term, using a data driven and analytical approach, you'll be influential in what systems and resources (internal and external) are used moving forward, ensuring highly tailored support to their patients, families, carers and the healthcare community.

The successful applicant for this role will have:

3+ years CRM experience
Worked for multiple businesses with various systems helping them make best use of their technology stack
A strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities and limitations
The ability to configure Salesforce, as well as generate reports etc
A data driven and analytical background
Previous experience working in healthcare/life sciences/pharmaceuticals (highly desirable)

Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week in office (Cambridge)

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
