Hours: Days 8am 4pm

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a Fitter to work for this highly reputable Engineering company based in the Sheffield area. The Fitter will be responsible for a wide variety of safety critical and bespoke items.

The Fitter

* Understand the customer needs and produce a result to match their expectation.

* Be aware of the financial consequences of your decisions and output.

* Minimise waste.

* A safety-conscious approach to work, the ability to work alone and as part of a team.

* Support Supervisory staff and colleagues

Experience/Skills/Qualifications/Personal Attributes

* Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality.

* Ability to problem solve

* Good concentration levels

* The ability to pay close attention to detail

* Good practical skills

* The ability to follow written instructions and keep records

* National qualification in an electrical discipline - desirable

* Apprenticeship trained in a mechanical discipline
