I am looking for a Quality Engineer on a permanent basis for a company that supply globally specialising in the design and manufacture of equipment and filtration equipment for various industries, primarily supplying into highly regulated industries such as Maritime, Oil & Gas etc, based near Derby, Leicester, Swadlincote, initially on site-based position 5 days per week.

The company themselves are a global company, this is site consisting of circa 100 people and a very profitable site / division, they have a very strong order book until next year that have recently added several new products to their existing product line, and now looking for another x2 Quality Engineers to come in and join the team. The company has a strong family feel where team fit is very important, they are growing and have a focus on the progression and development of staff so need someone who can fit into the team quickly.

Essential Requirements / Experience:

* Must have a Quality-Engineering / inspection background or at least a keen interest to follow this career path

* Must have the desire to learn and grow, progress as a Quality Engineer

* They will also have strong relationship building skills and desire to progress career, learn and get involved

The Role

* The successful Quality Engineers. will be responsible for assisting with the management and upkeep of the QMS System.

* Measuring, dimensional inspection of products

* We are looking for a well-seasoned Quality Professional to work closely with Customers and the Design Team.

* Working closely with both Customers & Suppliers

* Strategy planning with the team, driving the business forward at a stage of continued growth over the past few years

* You will be given the opportunity to manage your own diary, we are looking for someone who is a driven, passionate, high calibre Engineering Quality professional

* Regulatory / compliance / record keeping / data analysis
