We are working alongside a small, ambitious, local business based in Combe, Oxfordshire.
Our clients product is a designed, domestic, countertop water dispenser that provides instant boiling and chilled, filtered water. They are currently an enthusiastic team of twelve, looking to recruit a talented individual whos keen to gain technical skills and experience as part of an exciting, growing business.
Job Description Responsibilities:
* Process returned customer units for servicing and repair
* Conduct diagnosis, repair, and servicing
* Carry out necessary quality control checks on outbound units
* Provide technical support for customer service team + customers
* Maintain organisation of stock warehousing
* Process goods in/out
* Operate stock management systems

Job specifics:
Due to the remote location of our clients warehouse, candidates will be required to reliably commute to the outskirts of Combe, Oxfordshire. There is not an obvious / easy bus route, although there is a small local train station around 15 minute walk from site. Otherwise, own transport is desirable.
9am 5.30pm, Monday Friday
Casual wear / uniform provided where required
- £11.66 per hour for the first 12 weeks employment through the agency, weekly pay
- At successful completion of 12 week temp to perm, a full time contract will be offered where the salary will be around £23,500 per annum
