Getting out of bed with a spring in your step excited that you're going in to work; excited you're going to a place you love spending time; excited you're going to spend time with people you call friends is something surely we would all love to experience, right?
Just as important is our quality of life or work-life balance but sometimes it's just not that easy to achieve when working a full week. You might need time in the week to look after the kids, support a family member, have study days, take up yoga, or simply want to have quality "me" time. Choosing to work "bank" hours gives you this freedom. It gives you the control over the days you want to work.

How are we keeping you safe during COVID-19?
These are just some of the measures we've put into our home to keep you and our family members safe:
Hand washing facilities at the front door (only entrance into the home)
Glow UVC machines to highlight any of those areas missed during washing
PPE at the front door, with fresh stock delivered every 4 weeks from our Central Warehouse
Antibacterial floor mats at the front door for our footwear
Temperature testing every time you enter the front door
All post and deliveries are quarantined for 72 hours
Our home has been split into smaller houses and you will only work within the one house, never crossing into another
Pre-COVID, there would always be an opportunity to sit with a family member and have a cuppa and bite to eat, due to limiting the amount of people in each house/room, we've ordered snack stations (or as we call it a "snackations") which gives you a dedicated area to have a drink and snack.
We are all invited to watch a Facebook Live session every week from our Clinical Directors with updates & reassurance of everything we are doing to keep you and our family members safe
A 24/7 specialist welfare help line for guidance, support, health questions or simply to talk to someone about any worries you may have during this incredibly difficult and worrying time.
