Due to sustained growth, they are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

Ensure project costings are met
Reviewing and agreeing variations
Managing claims and payments
Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report)
Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows
Prepare, submit final account on completion of works
Agree final account, secure retention release
