POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Brand & Marketing Manager to join our client, a luxury furniture and lifestyle retailer based near Oldham, Manchester. Youll be a key member of the team, taking the reins on all aspects of brand & marketing management, from strategy and planning, social media, reporting and analytics, photography and design, email marketing and much more.
This is a varied and exciting role which requires someone with a passion for marketing and the ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, an eye for detail and a creative flair.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop creative and engaging social media strategies to increase the right type of followers
* Brand Management
* Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn adapting content to suit different channels
* Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools.
* Create ads and run ads (both cold and re-targeting) through Facebook and Instagram.
* Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as GoogleAnalytics and Facebook insights
* Create and send out regular newsletters and promotional emails to B2B and B2C customers using the CRM. Implement creative ways to increase newsletter sign-ups
* Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to plan and execute the social calendar and offer any ideas to enhance the website.
* Artwork & video creation using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Rushes, Premiere Pro & After Effects
* Partnership & Influencer outreach & management
* Management of product photography, art direction & set styling - sourcing props, design concepts & liaise with photographers
* Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the brand
* Analyse competitor activity
* Wider marketing and PR activities
Your Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in Brand Marketing with a focus on driving social media channels. * Proven experience working in a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager role
* Ability to write compelling content to engage both b2b and b2c audiences
* Experience managing social media channels and aadvertising via Meta
* Able to create and implement a strategy to increase social media followings and engagement
* Experience in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Rushes, Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Organised with the ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong written communication skills
* Tenacious with good problem solving skills
