Job Title: Helpdesk (Contract Support) Advisor

A proactive Help desk (Contract Support) Advisor is sought to join our clients team on a Full-Time basis, working from 08:00 to 17:00. This position offers an immediate start date and is expected to last for a duration of 2 months. The role is based in Beeston, Nottingham, and provides a competitive hourly rate of £11.68.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and timely support to clients through calls and emails.
Assess and determine the nature and priority of faults based on client-provided information.
Raise and assign work orders to relevant resources, ensuring efficient task allocation.
Schedule works in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and update the client's Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
Review all sub-contractor submitted paperwork to ensure accurate management of CAFM.
Support in managing the supply chain and drive sub-contractors to adhere to required SLAs.
Allocate internal engineers to cal louts and maintenance visits, ensuring timely response and adherence to SLAs.
Monitor and maintain a high level of service by tracking and reporting on the performance of the engineering team.Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar help desk or contract support role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to prioritise and determine the urgency of tasks.
Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of service level agreements and compliance standards.About Us:
