We are currently recruiting for a Luxury Lodge Sales Executive for our client's boutique lodge park based in the northern lakes.
You will receive a basic salary of £25,000 plus excellent benefits and commission (OTE £65,000). Youll be tasked with meeting and exceeding the targets and financial performance requirements of the sales department. The park is going through a phase of new development, therefore will be a lot of long-term sales prospects, with planning for more pitches (circa 70) plus a spa facility. The park is set within tranquil location around the banks of it's own 8 acre lake, with beautiful views of 59 acres of picturesque lakeland countryside.
The park is growing, therefore they are looking for an additional sales person to work alongside the current Sales Manager.
As the Luxury Lodge Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling lodges that range from £100,000 - £500,000, achieving a pre-determined sales target through your drive to generate leads, build relationships with potential new owners by consistently following through on all enquiries and identifying potential upgrades with existing owners.

The park offers excellent long term prospects as there are schedules for further pitch developments in phases over the coming months/year and so would suit a driven individual who can successfully manage and sell luxury lodges both onsite and from plan for the future developments.

Proven lodge/caravan sales background preferred
MUST be willing to work every weekend, with days off to be taken in the week
