Recruitment and Onboarding Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is recruiting for a client based in Windsor, who is seeking an experienced recruiter to join them as a Recruitment and Onboarding Manager on a 12-month contract to cover Maternity leave.
The Recruitment and Onboarding Manager responsibilities include:
Being responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all candidates joining the Care Homes via an internal applicant tracking system (ATS).
Managing a team of recruiters and on boarders and coach and support them to achieve their targets.
Taking an innovative approach to candidate attraction, using not only job boards but local advertising and community engagement.
Working closely with our ATS account manager and agencies to continuously improve our processes and reporting.
Travel to the homes, as required, to support recruitment days and upskill the team in Care Recruitment.
Utilising skills to actively recruit to support the team with hard to fill vacancies and for holiday cover.The Recruitment and Onboarding Manager will have the following skills and experience:
A strong background in volume recruitment, ideally within the care sector or a similarly regulated business with strong referencing requirements.
Experience in working with job boards and account management.
Experience in managing a team and as a strong team player.
A good working knowledge of employment legislation regarding recruitment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
Analytical skills
IT literate in MS Office and social media platforms
A mindset of continuous improvement
