Due to continued expansion, our client in Hessle is looking for an additional member of staff to join their Personnel and Payroll Team in a varied support role. Working closely with the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for collating vital data for their staff who are based on assignments all over the world including Europe, the Americas and the Carribean.

Main responsibilities:

* Prepare the wage schedule on a weekly basis

* Liaising with managers to ensure accuracy of hours achieved

* Sending out wage slips to staff

* Issuing Employee induction information to new staff

* Responsible for maintaining the annual leave system and approving holidays

* Gathering information relating to expenses

The candidate:
You will have ideally gained some experience within a payroll setting however training will be given to the right candidate who has experience recording reports on Excel and with a strong attention to detail. Confident numeric and Mathematical skills required.
