We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical, Controls, and Instrumentation Maintenance Technician to join our clients' maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Working a day shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call.

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.

* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, control, and instrumentation equipment.

* Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and downtime.

* Calibrate and adjust instrumentation devices to ensure accurate readings.

* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement improvements and upgrades to existing systems.

* Document maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used, in maintenance logs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

* Provide technical support and assistance during equipment installation and commissioning.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems.

* Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems.

* Familiarity with instrumentation devices such as sensors, transmitters, and meters.

* Ability to interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and schematics.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 18th Edition

* C&G 2391 Inpection and Testing

* Previous experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or process plant environment.

* Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management
