Im currently working with a really well-established creative & digital agency, who are looking for a BI Developer to join their expanding team in Oxfordshire. The company have been going for over 10 years and specialise in delivering high quality printing & digital solutions for a variety of clients in leading industries such as gaming, retail & hospitality. They are hugely innovative being at the forefront of what they do and work with some of the largest design studios across the UK & Europe.

They are looking for a BI Developer who will be focusing on producing analytical data within the SQL and Power BI environments whilst working closely with various management teams. You will take business needs to create new BI reports, work closely with some of the companies biggest clients to ensure current systems are fit for purpose and also be on hand to resolve any day-to-day queries.

The BI Developer role requires office working requirements of twice a week in their Oxfordshire offices.

Salary: £55,000-£65,000.
Essential Skills: Power BI, Crystal Report, SQL Server 2016
Minimum of 3 years in a similar BI Development role.
Confident with data/query optimization, stored procedure, functions, data warehousing.
Ideally have experience with Visual Cut not essential.
Good stakeholder management skills confident working with clients/taking down requirements.
Great communication and analytical skills.
Work collaboratively as part of a team.
