I'm looking to rent out a large double bedroom and share my beautiful historic home. The bedroom will be furnished and we can re arrange it as you like. South facing views onto the gardens.
The house has an upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet and downstairs shower room. There's a lot of living space, a large living room, dining room, breakfast room and kitchen all of which I would be sharing with you. The garden is a lovely private space with lawn and various trees/shrubs.
Although designated parking isn't included, it's likely that there will always be a space for you directly outside the house - if not there will be a short distance away.
I'm a friendly person who works full time. I'm hopeful to find someone similar who will be happy to help me keep the place clean. Would be nice if we got on well and shared an interest or two!
This is my first home and I'm taking my time to decorate it perfectly, which will be ongoing. The room will be available at the start of March. I’m not looking for a couple, but would consider only for a larger monthly payment.
