Im currently representing a client based in Hampshire looking for a Mechanical Surveyor who are a progressive and fast-growing company specialising in Facilities Management, with over 25 years experience in this sector, who are passionate about delivering compliant and cost-effective solutions in this highly specialised market.

The right Mechanical Surveyor for this role will have at least 10 years experience within the FM services industry with at least 3 years mechanical experience as a Mechanical Projects/Contracts manager, capable of meeting the required technical and safety standards. The main duties the Mechanical Surveyor will be carrying out would be assessing work projects to determine labour, materials and negotiating the best rates for new and extra work requirements.

The Mechanical Surveyor would also oversee management of labour and sub-contract labour, keep all records of business activity, visit sites and liaise with clients to develop and build relationships. The Mechanical surveyor would carry out quotations, reports and evaluating our clients needs and lastly try to educate our customers on our products/services and how they can purchase them.
