As a member of the People & Culture Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's ambitious growth plans. Your main responsibilities will include providing guidance and support throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring that our people are able to thrive and succeed. With a focus on employee engagement, performance management, and resolving employee relations matters, you will be key to driving the company towards its strategic vision of achieving £50m turnover per annum by 2030.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong generalist HR knowledge, excellent employment law knowledge, and experience in creating and developing people policies and practices. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build effective relationships, and a positive proactive attitude. Membership of a relevant professional body, such as CIPD, is highly desirable.
