Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively seeking to engage Production Administrator to join on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity Market Leader in their products and sector.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the head of Technical Services, you will be the first port of call for customers when they need to log a complaint.

Logging, investigate complaints.
Responding to complaints in the set time frame
Site and customer KPI reports
Check daily production record and raise any issues.
Artwork and packaging control
GMP and Quality AuditsWhat you will need to succeed:

Previous in a quality driven / manufacturing environment.
Good attention to detail and experience of dealing with customer complaints.
Knowledge of basic food safety
Very Good knowledge and understanding of Excel.What you will receive in return:

To £24,000 per annum (DOE)
Monday to Friday 08.30AA to 17.30AM
