Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Division

This is an exciting opportunity to join our established Industrial Division in Kidderminster. We are looking for an energetic sales focused individual to join an established team and do the necessary sales activity to generate new business and increase the client base across the region.

You'll have the support and guidance of one of the UK's largest recruitment agencies to ensure your personal development. A training programme will be in place for you to work towards becoming a standalone Consultant within 12 months.

We're a busy, fast paced office where standards and expectations are to the highest standard - service levels, compliance and quality are of the upmost importance.

As Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will:

* Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels and sell our recruitment service
* Make daily sales calls to prospective clients
* Attend client meetings to discuss new business and review current service
* Deal with recruitment interviewing and selection of Industrial staff

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have the following skills and experiences:

* Have the energy and determination to succeed
* Previous experience of sales is advantageous but not necessarily essential
* Possess a strong desire to learn and accept guidance
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be well presented with a good sense of humour
* A Driving licence is essential

The industrial market in the area is already sizeable and growing, therefore opportunities exist for motivated individuals who can close sales and deliver exceptional service levels.
