We are looking for Factory Operatives for one of our busy manufacturing clients based in Hinckley.

Benefits

* 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

* £11.00 per hour pay

Duties to include

* To work alone or as part of a team in production areas

* Perform safety checks on every machine prior to and during use and work safely in line with company policies and procedures

* Set up machines and perform periodic quality inspections to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products and comply with companys Quality management systems

* Meet production quotas by managing your own workload effectively and working to a set plan

* Collecting and storing raw materials, packaging and finished product in the correct location.

Picking orders using a hand-held scanner from the storage space and bringing them for packing, or to the loading bay for transportation or production purpose

*

Loading and unloading transport vehicles, by hand or with a forklift truck.

Maintain good housekeeping, cleaning, and maintaining the factory to standards expected, to ensure operational efficiency.

Operating a Forklift Counterbalance

*

Operating Machines

Applicants to

* Have factory experience

* Used hand tools before

* Worked in a factory / manufacturing environment previously

* Have a valid forklift counterbalance license

Hours of work - 8.30am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday
