Our fantastic client on the outskirts of Cardiff are recruiting for an PC Imaging Technician to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate will have strong experience of configuring PC hardware, imaging, hard drives, file storage and server storage, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Salary will be 24k, plus excellent benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank, private medical insurance, company pension, and the chance to progress within this growing technology company.

What you'll be doing:

Imaging hard drives and devices.
Configure devices to a high standard to be deployed to customer site.
Receive and catalogue images to be stored on the server.
Create DVD/BD/USB or external hard drives for engineers to use in the field.
Write scripts to automate images deployed from the server onto a device or hard drive.
Book in repairs for customers that require a managed service & keep them informed of progress.Salary & Benefits:
