Client
My client is a Contractor of HVAC Projects. Due to expansion plans they are looking for a Ventilation & Ductwork Project Manager to join their team. The senior management team have extensive industry experience and are well renowned with in the UK.
The Role
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of HVAC Project Management or senior Engineer preferrably within Ductwork/Ventilation Sector or candidates from a HVAC or Mechanical Engineering background. Ideally, located within commutable distance of St Leonards On Sea - East Sussex.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage ductwork/ventilation & mechanical services scheduled maintenance, reactive and warranty call services for various clients throughout the UK.
* Client/Account management skills essential. Liaise effectively at all levels.
* Attend and report on client meetings
* Provide quotations for service, maintenance.
* Procure subcontract labour, materials and ancillary items.
* Create Risk Assessments & Method Statements, raise orders etc.
Requirements
* Previous experience within the HVAC Ductwork/Ventilation industry and relevant legislation knowledge is essential, with knowledge of major suppliers equipment within the market.
* Project Management/ Lead Engineer Experience
* Candidates will have a proven track record of building strong professional relationships and project management.
Package
In return my client is offering a basic salary of £48k 53k Basic DOE + Car, 25days holiday plus bank holidays, pension etc
