Looking for new housemate/couple in house share N19
I am looking for a new housemate to live with in this large, warm house situated in a nice area of London. There are plenty of amenities close by such as supermarkets, shops, cinema, bars, pubs, restaurants and great transport links into central London (around 30 minutes on the tube). The house is situated just 5/15 minutes from the Northern, Piccadilly line and Overground stations (Upper Holloway).
Tenants will have access to a beautiful shared living room, garden, kitchen, bathroom. The current tenants are me a 30 year old professional male and a 25 year old professional non-binary person.
The cost of rent will be £1350 a month. Council tax (band E) and bills are not included in the price of the room but the price is around £90 per month. Rent is paid for in advance every month, and deposit is the cost of 5 weeks rent. We will have 2 months left on the current contract from May, after that it is organised on a yearly contract basis. Both current flatmates are planning to extend for another year.
