Your future duties and responsibilities
The Senior PM is expected to manage the full delivery of CGI scope for the backlog definition, pipeline, scrum teams, testing, NFR deliveries, for the new mobile application. Delivery will be split across front-end and back-end scrum teams, working largely from CGI off shore capability but managed and governed from the UK with a UK project leadership team.
As a Senior Project Managers you will take full ownership of a complex project and will be responsible for the achievement of the project objectives. You will lead, direct and are responsible for managing all aspects of the project, such as scope, effort, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurement, and the project deliverables. You will lead a team of 25-50 people and manage the full lifecycle of the project from initiation to completion.

You will be required to deliver the project to time, budget and quality in accordance with the contract and will be required to liaise extensively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
The ideal person for this role will have proven experience of leading a similar mobile application project. It would be highly desirable if you have led the development of a mobile banking application, however extensive experience of mobile applications in other sectors such as retail would also be desirable. Experience of delivering mobile app solutions using Microsoft Azure, .Net, Flutter and native technologies is preferred, but other technologies such as React are fine too.

Experience of managing Agile teams is essential, as is the ability to manage customer dependencies, relationships, and commercial governance. This is a high priority project for CGIs client and as a PM you must have experience of managing stakeholders up to board level. Knowledge of the Full Development Life-cycle is also key for this role.

In the current climate this role will be working from home, however when some normality resumes you must be willing and able to travel into London on a weekly basis.
