For sale is this Volvo S40. This car has been the family car for the past 4 years. It runs and drives fine.
Good smooth auto gearbox that pulls well. It has the bulletproof D5 engine that pulls well and is good on diesel.
It has had oil changes every year and the fuel filter was done last year. Good tyres all round. It will happily go anywhere with no bother.
The body work is ok, it has a dent on the rear bumper corner and a dent to the drivers side rear door. The nearside front wheel arch has rust also.
The only bad bit is sometimes it doesn't want to start. It happens once in a blue moon and has never lasted more than 30 seconds. It has done this all the time we have owned it, I put a new starter on it (a year ago) thinking that would solve it but it never, so now we put up with it as it only happens when it's "In a arse"!
A great car that we would keep but it's just not off road enough for our use.
MOT is until 07/10/24.
