We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our client's dynamic team in the vibrant city of Manchester. As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards

* Oversee customer reservations and manage the seating arrangement

* Coordinate between the front and back of the house for efficient workflow

* Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

* Conduct quality checks on food presentation and dining area cleanliness

* Train and develop staff, ensuring they uphold the restaurant's standards

* Manage inventory and coordinate with the kitchen for ingredient availability

* Encourage upselling to enhance overall sales

* Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for our customers

Requirements:

* Female candidates only

* Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar role

* Must have experience in a restaurant

* Strong leadership and organizational skills

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
