Orchard Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a national retail fit out contractor, to recruit a Contracts Manager for a permanent position within the business.

This role would include overseeing a number of both high end retail/bar projects, as well as high street stores & food chains. The ideal candidate will come from a shopfitting/retail fit out background and be happy to work on a national basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Oversight of multiple sites

* Oversight of client relationships/client liaison

* Procurement

* RAMS

* Managing site teams

* Director updates

* Programme updates

* Ensuring programmes and projects are completed for opening dates

* Sub-contractor management

* Recruitment of Site Managers within the business

You must have proven experience within the shopfitting/retail industry and be willing to oversee sites on a national remit.

The client pay a basic salary depending on experience, however a car allowance is paid on top of the basic.
