TSR are currently searching for an experienced General Maintenance Operative, for our client a highly successful and rapidly growing construction company, based in Nottingham. Specialising in refurbishments, fit outs, design and build in all sectors such as offices, education and commercial.

The role will involve travelling nationwide, visiting projects to implement all remedial works and cleaning up after youve finished. You must be willing to travel anywhere and stay overnight when necessary. Standard hours will be 8am 4pm Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend work when required.

You will be highly experienced in;

* Joinery

* Patch plastering

* Hanging and re-fitting doors

* Filling

* Sanding

* Painting & decorating

* Basic plumbing and electrical

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

* You will have a clean driving license

* You will be flexible with your working hours

* You will be willing to work away for days at a time

* You will be a team player and also able to work on own initiative

* You will have good customer service skills and be professional

In return you will be joining a thriving company in the midst of growth. You will receive a salary of £35,000 + discretionary bonus. You must have your own van and tools including: a drill, paintbrush, screwdriver and saw. Mileage and overnight expenses will be paid for.
