Tasks & responsibilities include:
- Purchase Ledger reconciliation and query resolution
- Daily reconciliation of bank account(s), including posting to Sage for any payments/receipts.
- Supporting team with reconciliations and adhoc tasks towards completion of management accounts.
- Liaising with the operations department on any queries that may arise.
- Supporting with the implementation of key financial projects within the company
- Help test new systems or system enhancements by using tests scripts
- Developing, maintaining and updating financial reporting
- Identifying process improvements and systems improvements in all core finance processes
- Provide reports to assist with the audit of data held
- Assist in the preparation of financial documentation
We think youll be a great fit if you have:
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables
- Experience of dealing with large volumes of data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for time management, accuracy and organisation.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- A self-motivated team player with the ability to work on your own initiative and make informed decisions wed love it if youre a keen problem solver, creative thinker or can demonstrate commercial acumen.
- Experience of Power BI would be advantageous.
