Brook Street are excited to be supporting Network Rail in their search for a Temporary Resourcing Administrator in the Glasgow area to start as soon as possible!
In this role, you will provide proactive, professional administration support to the resourcing and early engagement team. You will be working closely with the teams to create reports after analysing data and trends, as well general administration duties. Managing the vacancy requests and generating adverts will be a daily part of your role. You will liaise with candidates to organise interviews. Booking in early career events and recruitment administration for new apprentices joining. Taking part in inductions and other general support.
We want you to enjoy and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This role will always hold a cyclical and at time high volume workload. You must be detail focused and it is imperative that you are able to work to a high level in Microsoft Excel.
Pay rate - £12.64
Location - 151 St Vincent St, Glasgow G2 5NJ
Hybrid - Please be expected to work from the office at least 2 days a week
Hours - Flexible, you can work from 8am (start no later than 9am) and will be expect to work 35 hours a week between Monday - Friday
Basic DBS level required - paid for by Brook Street
Assignment to run until 28th July 2024, the assignment may be extended beyong this date (not guaranteed)
Your typical day will include:-
· Support the recruitment and early engagement team with administration tasks relating to: maintaining appropriate data within the associated process
· Maintain and track data on relevant systems to create relevant reports
· Weekly vacancy approval collation and submission to relevant panels and organising outcomes
· Creation of relevant resourcing documents
· Support the team with ad hoc administrative activity relating to operational and value add projects
· Update and maintain apprenticeship training trackers
· Liaise with apprentices/travel booking companies on accommodation/transport needs
What you will bring with you to the role: -
· IT literate, strong excel, word and PowerPoint knowledge
· Strong customer service approach
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
· Resilient, Adaptable and Flexible
· Experience of event coordination
· Approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of inquiries
It's desirable if you have it to help give you context to the role: -
· Certificate in Personnel Practice
· Experience of promoting roles and company updates on social media platforms
Experience in recruitment
