Position: ECT Primary Teacher

Contract Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the primary school curriculum.
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that inspires student curiosity.
Implement effective classroom management strategies to create an optimal learning space.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Contribute to school events, extracurricular activities, and a positive school culture.Qualifications and Experience:

Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Passion for teaching and commitment to the development of young learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and openness to professional development.
Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one. Personal Attributes:
