THH Recruitment are currently working with a prestigious client who are a recognised name within the textile manufacturing world. They are looking to recruit people from a textile manufacturing background to join their team.

ALL applicants must be fully flexible and prepared to participate in shifts following a Monday to Friday - 2 shift rotating pattern (rotating weekly 6am-2pm & 2pm - 10pm).

You must be able to work both shifts!

Essential Criteria:

· Numeracy and literacy skills

· Ability to communicate effectively

· Manual dexterity

· Flexible and organised

· Ability to work to targets unsupervised and on own initiative

· Ability to work in a team

· Ability to work 2 shifts on a rotational basis.

Desirable Criteria:

· Relevant textile experience - Carding, Spinning or Textile Finishing.

Rate of pay:

During training the pay is £10.42

On successful completion of training the rate of pay will increase to £10.90 per hour.

As skills develop there is an opportunity to move to the full production rate of £11.38.
