Our client is a well-established and vibrant company that are expanding their administration team in their Brighton Office.
As the office manager's role has grown they are now looking for a dedicated receptionist to work alongside her, taking control of reception tasks whilst also supporting the office manager with ad hoc administration.
As their new Receptionist you will be bright, personable and the face of their business. In this role you will be sitting at the front of an open-plan office, greeting visitors, answering calls, distributing post and also managing the meeting rooms. The new receptionist will be tech-savvy and be able to set up meeting rooms with all technical equipment needed.
The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years experience in a similar role which includes reception duties as well as general administration.
