Site Manager - Hotel Fit Out - Manchester
We are recruiting for the role of stand-alone site manager to oversee the fit out of a new hotel off Deansgate.
The project , which has started and lasts for 6 months, consists of 10 floors , a rooftop extension and new bar area .
Duties:
* Coordinating the sub-contractors and site team.
* Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of site operatives
* Creating RAMS
* Ordering materials
* Updating site diary
* Reporting to a visiting contracts manager
Experience and Requirement :
* Joinery background - Essential
* Experience of managing hotel fit out projects as a site manager
* Competent IT skills
* SMSTS ,CSCS and First Aid
* Can provide references
The contractor is looking for someone to start immediately and we can pay you via ltd or CIS.
