Our clients aim is to create a special experience for customers that pulls on the traditions of a classic British Public House whilst putting a contemporary twist on quality seasonal food and drink. In the last 18 months they have made a huge investment in refurbishments, staff, suppliers and equipment.

Our client is looking to grow their kitchen team and working towards accolades, and building their reputation throughout the county. They are looking for a passionate, driven chef who is willing to learn and grow within our kitchen team. All food is freshly cooked on site and their menu changes often with the seasons, and their produce is from some of the best suppliers locally or within the UK.
Duties:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes, along with the general running of a section within the kitchen. - Helping the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie run each section smoothly. - Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety. - Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. - Maintaining all health & safety requirements and upholding a high level of cleanliness.
