Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit for a Sales Executive to join a house builder in Doncaster.
This role will involve progressing reservations through to exchange to meet and exceed sales and legal targets, whilst providing the highest quality of customer experience.
We are looking for someone with experience in managing a new build development and progressing sales within time scales, excellent communication and negotiation skills , and the ability to work alone in a fast-paced environment.
The working hours are Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm including Bank Holidays.
Salary and package
* £24-27k basic
* Mileage
* Plot Commission
* Quarterly bonus subject to meeting targets
* Pannel Soiciltors Recommendation Commission
* Holiday entitlement 25 days plus bank holidays
