A market leader in the Building Services market has experienced huge success in recent months in the securing of various new Commercial & Technology projects across London and the Home Counties, and as such requires multiple Electrical Construction Managers to join its London division.

You will be joining an ongoing data centre project and enjoy excellent employment benefits Annual Leave, pension, bonuses are all comfortably above the market average.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Management and delegation of works to sub-contractors and Supervisors
Health & Safety responsibility for all electrical works
Compiling weekly progress reports for senior managements
Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure the project is completed on time
Track and reduce the cost of labour whenever possible
Co-ordinate plant and materials
