My client is a market leading, privately-owned M&E contractor renowned for successfully delivering Commercial, Health Care & Technology projects across the UK.
The company in question boasts a brilliant reputation and staff retention and is renowned for providing unrivalled professional development to its employees.
They require an Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a Helathcare project in Luton, which has an M & E value of around £20m.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Pre-construction, procurement, and assistance with bids for projects
Full cost control of the project with close alignment to QS - Financial reporting to management
Technical submittals, RFIs, noticing and rectifying flaws in design
Delegation of work to project team (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors etc).
Health & Safety investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site
