Based in Cheshire, our client is a multi channel retailer looking to appoint a Head of Online into the team. The position of Head of Online is simply designed to translate the overall business strategy into an ecommerce strategy to achieve the required KPI's.

As Head of Online, you will work closely the senior leadership team to develop and manage the Ecommerce Strategy, mapping the customer journey and personalising the online customer experience.

Day to day you will coach and lead your team whilst taking a strategic approach in ensuring the overall online poropsition exceeds customer expectations.

Naturally in the position of Head of Online you will have worked in similar role previously and proven in leading day-to-day best practice. You will thrive in a small, high-growth team and enjoy getting stuck in!
