Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer for our client based in Congleton. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing a range of bespoke products from an extensive range of equipment to various customer specifications.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* An in-depth knowledge of Mechanical engineering and assembly techniques with the skill to interpret printed detail drawings generated by our in-house design team.

* The ability to work alone and as part of a team in what can be at times demanding conditions.

* An exceptionally keen eye for detail will be required along with problem solving abilities.

* Knowledge of all welding processes is an advantage (training can be given).

* Continuous monitoring and replacement of all van-based consumable items with assistance of the site supervisor.

* The ability to converse with and guide customers to the best possible outcome to any given situation.

* Basic computer literacy to enable development of job reports etc.

The ability to work in confined spaces and also at height will be required on regular basis, the applicable training will be given to a nationally recognised standard if not already held.

* Excellent pay rates in line with experience.

* 180 hours holiday plus bank holidays.

* Flexible working hours over 5 days (36 hours Guaranteed)

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (permanent placement)
