Architectural Technologist required to join a medium sized architectural practice based in the heart of Birmingham city centre.

Due to an influx in workload, the practice are seeking an Architectural Technologist with a wealth of job running experience to join their award winning team. The practice operate in varied sectors, but a predominantly involved in Industrial and large scale Commercial schemes throughout the Midlands and the UK. Previous experience working at a senior/job running level in these sectors would be highly advantageous when applying to this position.

Revit and BIM systems are prevalent throughout the practice, with the majority of the office up to speed on current models and software. Training can be provided to those with a basic grasp of Revit, however it would be desirable for those applying to be already proficient and knowledgeable in regards to BIM.

Clear progression routes are on offer to the Architectural Technologist in this position, which includes the opportunity to progress through to Associate level in the not so distant future. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Skills and characteristics required for this role include the following:

- Qualified Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years industry experience
- MCIAT accreditation (Desirable)
- Experience of working on large scale Industrial and Commercial projects in an architectural capacity
- Experience of working on projects in a BIM environment, alongside proficiency in the use of Revit

Salary and benefits package including the following will be offered to the successful candidate:

- £36,000 - £50,000 per annum dependant on experience
