Garage Door/Entrance Door Sales Surveyor

Im looking to recruit for my Client based in Leeds an experienced Sales Surveyor must have industry knowledge of Garage/Entrance Doors. This is growing business how are looking to expand the driving force to increase selling their products and services to customer.

Duties

Attend pre-booked appointments booked by the Sales Team
Assess and survey properties accurately to provide appropriate solutions for the Customer
Gain clear requirements from the Customer and present appropriate items to close the sale
Generate detailed technical drawings for the Fitting Team to follow instructions
Ensure the sales pipeline is followed and customers informed for special offers, etc
Maintain and develop excellent customer relationships following enquires through from start to finish
Negotiating terms of an agreement and closing the sale
Create and present detailed proposal documents
Candidate Requirements

Be ambitious and motivated to achieve successful results
Have previous Garage/Entrace Door selling experience
Full knowledge of construction methods and techniques
Understand building legislation and construction product regulations
Excellent attention to detail
Full, clean driving license
The core hours of work are Monday to Friday 0800 1630 however due to the nature of this role evening/occasional Saturday appointments maybe applicable.

An attractive annual salary of between to £35,000 - £40,000

A car allowance is provided for the first 6 months with the option of a lease vehicle after the probation period
