Job Title: Lead Salesforce Consultant
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Position Overview:
You will lead discovery meetings and oversee the advanced technical aspects of projects. Your involvement will span the entire project lifecycle, from presales to discovery. A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve collaborating with clients to optimize their utilization of Pardot. Serving as a reliable source of expertise, you will provide guidance aligned with Pardot and Salesforce best practices, leveraging the expanding capabilities to help clients envision a roadmap for their Pardot usage. Your duties will encompass managing implementation projects and ensuring the seamless functionality of the technical setup throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to grasp their business needs and transform them into impactful Salesforce solutions.
Tailor and personalise Salesforce according to client specifications, encompassing the creation and deployment of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Offer proficient advice on optimal practices, Salesforce capabilities, and prevailing industry trends.
Perform comprehensive analysis and document client requirements, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies.
Head training sessions and deliver continuous assistance to clients, ensuring the effective integration of Salesforce solutions.
Work closely with diverse teams, such as developers and project managers, to achieve outstanding outcomes.Requirements:
At least 2 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Consultant or end user.
Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
Desirable to have Salesforce certifications.
Understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, with the capability to suggest solutions in harmony with client objectives.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective engagement with stakeholders across all levels.
Highly desirable to possess Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
A plus if there is experience in a Salesforce consulting partner or professional services environment.Benefits:
