Key Responsibilities:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will lead small group sessions and support the delivery of lessons under the guidance of teachers.
Provide cover for teachers during absences, ensuring the continuity of learning for students.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
Contribute to the preparation of learning materials and resources.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Assist with the implementation of behaviour support strategies.
Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in a teaching assistant role, preferably at a higher level.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational setting.
A genuine passion for education and the well-being of students.
