Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload, working with children, young people, and families to ensure safety, settlement, and preparation for independence.

Work alongside a supportive and dynamic team of social workers, child practitioners, and support officers.
Provide essential support for young people aged 0-18, aiding them in understanding their experiences and preparing for independence.
Collaborate with partner agencies to address the health needs of young people.
Engage with the Children In Care Council to continually enhance services and advocate for children's best interests.Person Specification:

Essential: Strong experience in Children Looked After (CLA) and safeguarding.
Essential: Ability to thrive in a pressurized environment.
Desirable: Ability to hit the ground running and work at a fast pace.Special Conditions:
