JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Fee Earner
HOURS: Full Time. Hybrid / Remote
Location: Leeds
Salary: Open DOE and PQE

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
* Managing your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence files from instruction to completion.
* Instructing council
* Representing clients at course, including advocacy.
* Business Development to grow the department further.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Able to explain complex problems in layman's terms.
* Proficient user of Windows, MsTeams, Word and Excel.
* 1-3 years PQE in Clinical Negligence.
* Solid Fee Earning experience within Clin Neg / Med Neg department.
