Job Title: Mechanical Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Warrington (WA4 6PS)
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday- Friday (days)
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client who are the world's leading recycler of aluminium are currently recruiting for a permanent Mechanical Multi-skilled Engineer to join their team.

Reporting to the Engineering Leader you will be responsible for the following;

As a Mechanical Multi-skilled Engineer your duties will be;

" Refractory maintenance and reliability.
" Burner maintenance and reliability.
" Furnace ancillaries i.e., doors/castings/bodywork.
" Management of a life cycle refractory plan.
" Management of the burner and ancillary 5-year plan.
" Creating/developing reliability measurements for furnaces.
" Management of CMMS system with regards to furnaces.
" Ensuring preparation for maintenance shutdowns.
" Management of site gas network and condition.
" Developing innovation solutions for improved performance/reliability/energy.

The successful Mechanical Multi-skilled Engineer will have the following skills;

" Must have an Engineering qualification or relevant experience.
" Ability to fault find in a logical manner.
" Metal recycling experience would be advantageous but not essential.
" Good communication skills.
" Molten metal processing experience would be desirable.
