Permanent opportunity for a Site Manager with demonstrate able experience of residential new build projects. Sevenoaks based. Immediate requirement. £60 - £65k plus package

Our client is a developer of high quality houses across Kent and Sussex with an excellent track record of delivering beautiful developments in some of the most desirable locations.

With a number of live projects at various stages of development, our client is looking to permanently employ a Site Manager to report directly into the Regional Contract Manager. Candidates will need the knowledge and ability to drive a new build residential development of 40 units from ground work stages through to handover while managing a team of sub contractors and the labour force.

Candidates will need :

* Residential New Build experience

* Experience of delivering similar sized projects

* Strong management and communication skills
