Youll have a top name HVAC product range to represent. They have a full order book and 2 well trained and qualified Engineers. We now need you to supervise those 2 Engineer as well as being hands on, on sites yourself. You will be the technical back drop of a fast growing distributor and manufacturing company.

In-house product customisation means you can work on solutions competitors cant and youll be well-rewarded for doing so via a solid salary and bonus.

Youll lead the technical team, running the diaries and workload of Engineers.

To put a figure to that growth, the business has doubled in size every year for the past five years. Current turnover is approximately £50 Million.

The job

Office based job

Managing the service diary and scheduling work for the 2 other Engineers

Dealing with customers over the phone and on-site with technical enquiries

Leading the service & breakdown department

Growing the service side of the business

Manage both engineers & administration staff

Being the point of contact for clients & managing service contracts

Providing technical support to both clients & engineers.
