We have an excellent opportunity for an Early Talent Manager to join our client based in Manchester. Our client is a leading consumer law firm, and their mission is to give people easier access to world class legal services.
Reporting to the Head of People, were looking for those who understand how important it is to find the right people for trainee positions, along with managing various processes that will assist in the overall recruitment and qualification of candidates in their early years.
As the Early Talent Manager, were looking for those who can develop strategies which will enable our client to locate the best people, managing the process from start to finish. Diversity and inclusion is extremely important to them, as such, its vital that this is also promoted.
Other duties would include
building relationships with educational institutions in order to attract early talent collaborating with our wider HR team and hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met regular reporting to key stakeholders within the firm delivering project reports, updating the senior leadership team.
We would ideally like to invite applications from candidates who have worked within Early Talent previously, preferably within a law firm.
